By participating with DigitalPrivacyPlus.com you expressly agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement in the use of the account issued to you. The words “you” and “your” mean the person or persons named on the account. The words “we”, “our” and “us” refer to DigitalPrivacyPlus.com herein referred to as (DPP).
You certify that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide to DPP is true and accurate. You understand that using your account with DPP constitutes your acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT:
By accepting the terms and conditions you are entering into an agreement between you and DPP. Any updates to this agreement will be posted on the website. You should review this Agreement each time you use the website and/or your account.
1. 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
If for any reason you are not satisfied or you simply just want to cancel, you can contact us at: hello@DigitalPrivacyPlus.com or 877.249.1969 and receive a full refund of the currently monthly fee or prorated annual fee.
2. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE:
If you subscribe to our digital privacy protection, we will opt you out of over 100 data brokers and monitor these sites for compliance. To fulfill our guarantee and successfully opt you out, we will require your cooperation. You must provide our digital privacy team with the basic information that they request and be responsive to their inquiries, including but not limited to providing basic information about your provides addresses, phone numbers, and relatives that may be necessary to opt you out successfully. If We fail to perform under the terms of this guarantee, you will not be charged any additional fees.
3. FEES:
Your initial asset search is always free. Clients may choose between one of the following options for full-service digital privacy protection: Enhanced – $239.00 billed annually or $24.95 per month billed every 30 days.
4. RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY:
All benefits are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers. DPP has no authority to alter the terms and conditions of any benefit provider. DPP shall have no liability with regard to any services provided by any benefit provider. You agree that any claim with regard to any services shall be made only against the benefit provider; DPP ’s sole obligation hereunder shall be to provide access to the benefit provider. DPP is not responsible for personal injuries, loss or damage of property, inconvenience or expense resulting from matters beyond its control, including but not limited to; changes in benefits by benefits providers, theft, strikes, government actions, acts of God, etc. DPP may make any changes to any benefits that it believes necessary.
5. CHANGE IN TERMS:
We reserve the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Your retention of the account after the effective date of any changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
6. CANCELLATION:
You may cancel your account by providing written notice and paying your entire outstanding balance at any time. Any account issued remains our property and you agree to relinquish it upon demand. To cancel your account, simply contact us at cs@digitalprivacyplus.com or call 800.249.1969.
7. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS:
The content, software, graphics, design, etc. as related to the Website digitalprivacyplus.com, the Service (assistance in discovering and recovering unclaimed assets) and/or your Account are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. Any copying, redistribution and/or publication by you of any part of the Website, the Service and/or your Account are strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document, software, service or other materials viewed at or through the Website, the Service and/or your Account. The posting of information or material at the Website by DPP does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and/or materials.
8. PRIVACY POLICY:
Use of the Website, the Service and/or your Account is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated into, and made part of this Agreement. We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to use and assign all information, Service and Account use, as well as any and all other personal information provided by you, in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.
9. INDEMNIFICATION:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold DPP, its owners, and each of their respective officers, partners, members, employees, agents attorneys, and affiliates harmless against any and all liabilities, claims, actions, suits, proceedings, judgments, fines, damages, costs, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, administrative costs and/or settlement costs arising from your breach of this Agreement and/or your use of the Website, the Service and/or your Account, in any manner whatsoever.
10. FRAUD RESOLUTION:
It is the policy of DPP to fully cooperate with all law enforcement agencies in the pursuit of fraud, including but not limited to the unauthorized use of information in applying for this service. If you believe your bank account was fraudulently charged for the service fee, contact us immediately and we will make every effort to aid in a resolution. Before we can take any action, please fax or mail a copy of the official report filed with your local Police or law enforcement agency detailing the suspected fraudulent act and also a copy of the portion of your Account statement showing the date and amount of the withdrawal. Please allow us two (2) weeks for resolution after we receive the report and statement.
11. AUTHORIZATION TO OBTAIN & DISCLOSE INFORMATION:
Becoming subscriber of DPP the Company may require you to provide updated and/or additional information during the term of your service in order for you to receive additional benefits.
